Frequently Asked Questions
Everything parents want to know before booking a lesson with AquaChezToi.
Do lessons always last 45 minutes?
Most of our lessons last 45 minutes.
Aquatic awakening classes last 25 minutes, a format better suited for toddlers.
If you would like a lesson longer than 45 minutes, contact us so we can offer a duration tailored to your needs.
À quel âge peut-on commencer les cours de natation à domicile ?
Cela dépend de chaque enfant. Son âge, son niveau et sa confiance dans l’eau font toute la différence. Dans plusieurs cas, un été suffit pour observer une belle progression. Un seul été.
At what age can at-home swimming lessons begin?
Our lessons are available from 6 months old, for children, teens, and adults of all levels. Each lesson is fully personalized based on the student’s age and goals.
It’s never too early — and it’s never too late.
What if I don’t have a pool?
Contact us. Depending on your area, we can sometimes refer you to a local partnership, with the same instructor and an option near you.
How much do at-home swimming lessons cost?
Start for only $50 with our introductory lesson. No commitment, no surprises — we assess your child’s level and results begin from the very first session.
Are the lessons eligible for tax credits?
Some children’s lessons may be eligible for the Quebec tax credit for children’s activities, depending on the applicable criteria.
What happens in bad weather?
In case of bad weather, the lesson is simply rescheduled. If conditions do not allow the session to be delivered safely, we will contact you to reschedule it.
How do bookings work?
We recommend starting with an assessment lesson. This first session allows us to properly evaluate the student’s level and guide you. When booking a program, only the first lesson is initially scheduled. The following sessions are then planned with the instructor, based on your availability.
What if we have more than 4 swimmers?
For groups of more than 4 swimmers, contact us so we can offer a package tailored to your needs.
